Our Services

In Mahj 101 you will learn the basics and play a game. Classes last 2.5 hours and are offered at various times throughout the year at local businesses or can be booked for a private party.

In Mahj 102 you will learn strategy and how to grow your game. Mahj 102 has a few variations. Classes last 2.5 hours and are offered at various times and can be booked for a private party. We also offer a 4 hour Boot Camp that combines Mahj 101 & 102.

We sell tiles, mats, bags, racks, hosting supplies and more from our favorite retailers. We offer gifts for anyone on your list! Shop during Open Play or during our business hours (listed in our footer).

Once you have taken Mahj 101 (and hopefully 102) you can join our league! Meet new friends and play a series of games over a few weeks. Check out upcoming events page to see our current league offering.

Our monthly membership allows members to come to Open Play sessions for no cost and offers other benefits including other discounts. See all member benefits here.

Grab a group of your friends and learn Mahjong! A minimum of 8 people is needed for a private party. For private parties at the Meet at Mahj Studio, the price is $60 per person, just like our classes. If you would like the party in your home or a venue of your choosing it is $75 per person and a travel fee. Contact us to reserve a date!
Meet Jaime!
From the beginning…
Jaime Keith grew up hearing the tiles click. She first learned how to play from her dad’s family – her grandma, aunt and cousins. She fondly remembers playing each Thanksgiving growing up. Jaime loves the community that Mahjong can create and that’s how Meet at Mahj was born! She loves how Mahjong can grow with you – starting with a simple hand and progressing to more difficult hands and learning to play defensively.
Meet at Mahj offers Mahj 101, Mahj 102, themed events and private parties. Jaime is a certified instructor & Mahji Mentor with Oh My Mahjong and is a member of the Mahj Life Instructor Guild.
When Jaime is not teaching Mahjong, you can find her enjoying playing board games with her blended family of four children or cheering at the baseball fields.

We’ll teach you! You can learn at one of our Mahj 101 events, Boot Camp, or we can teach you at a private party - we bring everything you need! Our events are listed on our upcoming events page and are held at our Studio in downtown Zionsville. See our schedule.

We teach American Mahjong according to National Mah Jongg League rules.

Of course we sell Mahjong tiles, racks, mats and everything you need to play the game! We also sell hosting supplies, gifts, bags, jewelry, candles and other items that are perfect for even non-mahjong players. Come shop!

Our Studio & Boutique is located in downtown Zionsville in the Wessel Building at 260 S. 1st Street. We offer drop-in Open Play sessions and a monthly membership. Learn more.

Yes! Leagues typically meet for 5 weeks (scores from 4 weeks count). Players of all levels are welcome you do not have to be a pro to join. If you have taken Mahj 101 & 102, you can play.

Mahj 101 and Mahj 102 are $60 per person. Open Play is $25 per person. We also offer fundraisers, leagues and other events that are offered at different price points. Private parties held in our Studio are $60 per person and $75 per person plus a travel fee if we come to you. Private parties also require a $200 deposit to hold the date. See our upcoming events.
